New range of trac­tors from Es­corts for world mar­kets

Es­corts Ltd has launched 13 new trac­tors in the 12-110 hp range un­der flag­ship brands Farm­trac, Pow­er­trac, and Euro­line Se­ries to cater specif­i­cally to the world mar­ket. This is in line with Es­corts’ plan to ad­dress global com­pe­ti­tion in over­seas mar­kets by de­sign­ing, de­vel­op­ing and mak­ing in In­dia. The com­pany also an­nounced a new strate­gic ap­proach of ‘Global Trans­for­ma­tion Vi­sion 2020’ to strengthen its mar­ket share across the globe.

The new range of trac­tors from Es­corts fea­tures CRDi en­gines that are in com­pli­ance with the In­ter­na­tional emis­sion norms. Es­corts said it has car­ried out var­i­ous in­no­va­tions to the trac­tor in or­der to limit user fa­tigue, and has of­fered com­fort, power and style with state-of-art fea­tures.

Ravi Menon, CEO, Es­corts Agri Ma­chin­ery, said the Es­corts Group has been a wit­ness to the trans­form­ing agri­cul­tural ecosys­tem since seven decades and un­der­stands the ever evolv­ing needs of farm­ers world­wide. The Group has strong foothold across con­ti­nents and the new trans­for­ma­tion vi­sion will fur­ther en­able it to strengthen lead­er­ship across North Africa, South Africa, Amer­ica, Europe, and ASEAN re­gion, he added.

Es­corts has be­gun its global ex­pan­sion spree with a 5-year roadmap to be a ma­jor global player in terms of size, prod­uct port­fo­lio and global brand, Ra­jiv Wahi, Head, In­ter­na­tional Busi­ness, Es­corts Agri Ma­chin­ery, said. He said the com­pany’s global net­work is strength­ened with 5 new chan­nel part­ners sign­ing up their as­so­ci­a­tion to in­tro­duce Es­corts prod­uct line in their ge­ogra­phies.
