IAC train­ing pro­gramme to in­stil in em­ploy­ees global work ethos

To­day’s com­pet­i­tive business sce­nario calls for de­vel­op­ing lead­ers and man­agers to drive or­gan­i­sa­tions as well as cre­ation of world class in­fras­truc­ture fa­cil­i­ties to nur­ture fu­ture lead­ers. As part of this en­deav­our, In­ter­na­tional Au­to­mo­tive Com­po­nents (IAC) has been fo­cus­ing on em­ployee train­ing in a big way.

Re­cently it has un­veiled a unique train­ing mo­d­ule for its em­ploy­ees. The new train­ing cen­tre was first in­stalled at its Chang­shu fa­cil­ity near Shang­hai in China last year. The Chang­shu plant was in­au­gu­rated in 2014 and ini­tially it faced dif­fi­cul­ties in find­ing work­ers as the lo­cal labour force was from the other in­dus­try, where the qual­ity and sys­tem­atic ap­proach were not key im­per­a­tives.
