Bottom-line: The new X3 remains a fun machine to drive. It offers ample power, is quite efficient and offers good handling characteristics. At the same time the SUV now offers more space and comfort in the cabin. This also translates into the fact one can always sit back and enjoy the creature comforts while being driven about town. But the only thing which it misses out on is certain automation features like radar-guided cruise control which is already being offered by its competition.
