Indian Bank plans loyalty program
Indian Bank is proposing to implement a loyalty program on a hosted model and is looking for a service provider who can undertake end-to-end management of the program. The service provider will be connected to the bank’s data center with adequate redundancy and it will be the service provider’s responsibility to manage the program in its entirety, including identifying the target segment, sourcing of merchant discount offers, their effective communication and carrying out the accrual and redemption of loyalty points. The service provider will also be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, implementing the required system. The bank wants the program to be influencing customer behavior and bring in tangible benefits to the bank.
