In­dian Bank plans loy­alty pro­gram

In­dian Bank is propos­ing to im­ple­ment a loy­alty pro­gram on a hosted model and is look­ing for a ser­vice provider who can un­der­take end-to-end man­age­ment of the pro­gram. The ser­vice provider will be con­nected to the bank’s data cen­ter with ad­e­quate re­dun­dancy and it will be the ser­vice provider’s re­spon­si­bil­ity to man­age the pro­gram in its en­tirety, in­clud­ing iden­ti­fy­ing the tar­get seg­ment, sourc­ing of mer­chant dis­count of­fers, their ef­fec­tive com­mu­ni­ca­tion and car­ry­ing out the ac­crual and redemp­tion of loy­alty points. The ser­vice provider will also be re­spon­si­ble for con­cep­tu­al­iz­ing, de­sign­ing, im­ple­ment­ing the re­quired sys­tem. The bank wants the pro­gram to be in­flu­enc­ing cus­tomer be­hav­ior and bring in tan­gi­ble ben­e­fits to the bank.
