Ravi Shankar leaves Deutsche to join JP Mor­gan

Ravi Shankar, manag­ing di­rec­tor, In­vest­ment Bank­ing at Deutsche Bank has quit. He is join­ing JP Mor­gan In­dia’s in­vest­ment bank­ing team as MD. Ravi Shankar had left Deutsche in June. He is ex­pected to join JP Mor­gan in Au­gust. He will re­port to Kaus­tubh Kulka­rni, head of In­dia in­vest­ment bank­ing at JP Mor­gan. Ravi Shankar had joined Deutsche Bank in May 2015 from Avista Ad­vi­sory Group, an in­vest­ment bank­ing firm with op­er­a­tions across In­dia and South-East Asia, where he was MD (in­vest­ment bank­ing).
