Bank of Baroda seeks consultant
Bank of Baroda, which has taken up an employee engagement survey in 2016, is seeking a consultant to help it in the task. The survey would be part of the bank’s Project Navoday initiative, which is a comprehensive business transformation project that seeks to deliver a differentiated world-class customer experience enabled by an energized and engaged team and driven by technology. The bank is in the process of defining and institutionalizing globally competitive HR practices in the bank in its pursuit to become a bank of international standards and a preferred employer of choice. The survey is expected to be the basis of formulating the people transformation agenda for the bank. The bank intends to seek ongoing feedback from its people on their expectations from the bank and their engagement with the bank. The survey would record the views of the employees in various areas to assist the bank in identifying areas of improvement.
