Warba Bank launches new elec­tronic branch

Kuwait’s Warba Bank has launched ‘Bank Ex­press’, a new bank­ing sys­tem, which is es­sen­tially an in­ter­ac­tive elec­tronic branch. It will help cus­tomers com­plete their trans­ac­tions di­rectly and eas­ily. The fa­cil­ity is lo­cated at San­abel com­plex in Kuwait City. The bank said this is a strate­gic ini­tia­tive and is aimed to de­velop its ser­vice chan­nels through this bank­ing sys­tem. It is an ex­ten­sion of the tra­di­tional branches, char­ac­ter­ized by moder­nity and flex­i­bil­ity and pro­vides high qual­ity ser­vice to clients ac­cord­ing to time and effort cri­te­ria, it said. Sha­heen Ha­mad Al-Ghanim, CEO of the bank, said the bank is keen to di­ver­sify its ser­vices to clients and give them a unique ex­pe­ri­ence by us­ing de­vel­oped bank­ing ser­vices as part of its ef­forts to adopt and ap­ply the lat­est tech­no­log­i­cal de­vel­op­ments.
