Mridula Iyer to head Citi’s TTS in south Asia

Citibank has ap­pointed Mridula Iyer as the head of Trea­sury & Trade So­lu­tions (TTS) for Citi South Asia, cov­er­ing In­dia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. She will re­port to Rajesh Me­hta, Asia-Pa­cific head at Citi for TTS, and Pramit Jhaveri, CEO, Citi In­dia. She has been with Citi for 22 years, her most re­cent role be­ing head of TTS Cash Prod­ucts, where she led the growth of Citi In­dia’s cash busi­ness with a fo­cus on in­no­va­tion and dig­i­tal ca­pa­bil­i­ties for clients. She will now lead the TTS busi­ness, which pro­vides in­te­grated cash man­age­ment and trade fi­nance ser­vices to multi­na­tional cor­po­ra­tions, fi­nan­cial in­sti­tu­tions, and pub­lic sec­tor or­ga­ni­za­tions, and be re­spon­si­ble for grow­ing the busi­ness in In­dia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. She takes over from De­bopama Sen who was re­cently el­e­vated as the head of TTS busi­ness for Sin­ga­pore and ASEAN.
