Bank of Baroda looking for new HRMS
Bank of Baroda is changing its HRMs solution and is planning to implement a comprehensive HRMS, Payroll and PMS Solution. The bank intends to implement the solution on hybrid model. The solution will cover all the bank’s offices in India and abroad and more than 55,000 employees. The PMS system will be initially implemented for more than 25,000 employees of the bank. It will also include employees deputed in domestic and international subsidiaries and branches. All employees in other bank subsidiaries and RRBs will also be covered in the proposed system. At present, the bank has an Oracle e-business suite, while the existing Payroll solution is Fluous. For PMS, the bank has an in-house developed tool called GEMS. The bank wants the new solution to be an integrated one on cloud/hybrid model.
