Health startup Click­2Clinic ac­quires Home Health Care

Health tech­nol­ogy startup Click­2Clinic has ac­quired Home Health Care, an agency which of­fers home health care ser­vices, for ap­prox­i­mately Rs 4 crore in an all-stock deal. The startup, which is an ag­gre­ga­tor of hos­pi­tals, clin­ics, di­ag­nos­tics, phar­macy, am­bu­lance ser­vices and al­lied health ser­vices, will de­ploy its tech­nol­ogy and cap­i­tal­ize on the network created by this agency in Bengaluru. Founded by Pun­nam and Dr Mu­rali Bharad­waj in the United States, the com­pany is now look­ing to raise $1 mil­lion for an ag­gres­sive expansion into In­dian cities. The com­pany also for­ayed into Malaysian mar­kets re­cently and plans to ex­tend their pres­ence in other coun­tries in­clud­ing Viet­nam, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh by the end of this year. Rs 6 crore in the past, also launched a health ap­pli­ca­tion Clin­i­co­pe­dia, which en­ables con­nects home health ser­vices and pa­tients.
