NVIDIA and BINUS collaborate for AI research centre
The first artificial intelligence (AI) research and development (R&D) centre in Indonesia has been set up as a collaboration between American technology company NVIDIA, data analytics firm
Kinetica and BINUS University in west Jakarta, Indonesia. Located at the university’s Anggrek
Campus, the center will support BINUS University’s aim to become the premier R&D hub for Al in Indonesia. Leveraging the power of NVIDIA’s GPUs, it will showcase the commercial potential of GPU-accelerated deep learning applications. This research centre is a manifestation of the BINA Nusantara vision to foster and empower the society in building and serving the nation.
