Sin­ga­pore firm ac­quires Pune based plat­form

Sin­ga­pore health-tech firm Sym­ple Well­ness Plat­form, which op­er­ates un­der the Vi­vant brand, has ac­quired Pune-based well­ness and health an­a­lyt­ics plat­form Al­lizHealth. Al­lizHealth is a con­sumer-fo­cused well­ness and health an­a­lyt­ics plat­form for early iden­ti­fi­ca­tion, track­ing and man­age­ment of health risks and con­di­tions. Vi­vant of­fers ser­vices in­clud­ing dig­i­tal health records, health risk as­sess­ments, doc­tor con­sults, health check-ups, health coaches and con­di­tion man­age­ment pro­grams. Al­lizHealth was founded by Chin­moy Mishra, Rasmi Mishra, Gau­rav Vij and Dhairya Gupta in 2013. It has a team of 40 peo­ple across var­i­ous func­tions. All co-founders ex­cept Gupta will re­main with Vi­vant af­ter the ac­qui­si­tion. Chin­moy Mishra will be chief busi­ness de­vel­op­ment of­fi­cer, Rasmi Mishra will be chief prod­uct in­no­va­tion of­fi­cer and Vij will be chief tech­nol­ogy of­fi­cer.
