Raheja De­vel­op­ers re­cently an­nounced the launch of its green project — Raheja Vanya in Sec­tor 99 Gu­ru­gram. Spread over an area of 12.4 acres, the project is bor­der­ing a con­tin­u­ous green belt (Delhi & Gur­gaon Mas­ter Plan) and will be con­structed in ac­cor­dance to GRIHA norms. The project will have a unique Sky­park hav­ing sky jog­ging tracks, sky beach pool, open ter­rence gym, des­ig­nated area for or­ganic farm­ing and open area for so­cial­is­ing. Vanya will be avail­able at a price of Rs 3975 sq ft and a two BHK will cost ap­prox­i­mately Rs 49.77 lakh, 3 BHK is priced at Rs 60.05 lakh and 4 BHK pent­houses will cost Rs 1.12 crore. The project is likely to be com­pleted by 2021. Due to ris­ing aspi­ra­tions, re­viv­ing econ­omy and bet­ter infrastructure, the pre­mium, life­style lux­ury sec­tor of Gu­ru­gram is ex­pected to stay on the growth track in the short term as well as long term," says Arora. A large num­ber of projects have got com­pleted and many oth­ers are near com­ple­tion along Dwarka Ex­press­way.
