Amulya Leasing to buy Apollo Pipes

Amulya Leasing and Finance plans to acquire the entire stake in steel pipes manufacturer Apollo Pipes at an undisclosed sum. At present, Amulya owns 51 per cent stake in Apollo. After acquisition, Amulya will change its name to Apollo Irrigation Systems.
