TY­PHOON SHEL­TER

Ty­phoon Shel­ter, Mum­bai’s re­cently launched ori­en­tal-themed restau­rant is in­spired by Hong Kong’s renowned ty­phoon shel­ter (a refuge for fishing boats dur­ing ty­phoons). MUS­TARD

Opened in July, Mus­tard brings to­gether the flavours of Ben­gali and French food, by us­ing a sin­gle in­gre­di­ent-Mus­tard. Set up by Shilpa Sharma and Poonam Singh, this restau­rant high­lights the culi­nary cul­ture of Ben­gal in ad­di­tion to com­bin­ing the taste of east and the west.
