ZF Tech­nol­ogy Cen­tre In­dia

ZF FRIEDRICHSHAFEN AG, DE­VEL­OP­ERS OF driv­e­line and chas­sis tech­nol­ogy, along with pas­sive and ac­tive safety tech­nol­ogy, have in­au­gu­rated their first Tech­nol­ogy Cen­tre in In­dia in Hyderabad, Te­lan­gana. The new cen­tre is called the In­dia Tech­nol­ogy Cen­tre (ITC) as ZF strengthen their pres­ence in the coun­try.

ZF plan to in­vest €15 mil­lion (Rs 108 crore) over the next five years, which shall help in de­vel­op­ing high-end in­no­va­tions and bring­ing more ad­vanced tech­nol­ogy to In­dia. The new ZF tech­nol­ogy cen­tre is ded­i­cated to elec­tron­ics, em­bed­ded so”ware and me­chan­i­cal en­gi­neer­ing.

ZF are known pri­mar­ily for their gear­boxes and damp­ing solutions that go into sev­eral cars across var­i­ous seg­ments from the sta­bles of Honda, Jeep, Jaguar and Land Rover to Audi and Porsche.
