Having made an appearance in the Fortune Magazine as one among the ‘World’s 50 Greatest Leaders’, Anand Mahindra is a man who needs no introduction. He started out as an executive assistant at Mahindra Ugine Steel in 1981 and, eight years later, became the president and deputy managing director of the company. His other commendations include Knight of the Order of Merit by the French President, and the Rajiv Gandhi Award for outstanding contribution to the field of business.
He has a passion for sailing and photography which is evident because he has a degree in film-making and photography. Later on, he obtained an MBA from the Harvard Business School before entering the family business.
Mahindra Racing has been maintaining a consistent momentum in the Formula E Championship. Their new racing car, the M4Electro, will makes its début in the fourth season from December.
