Ruby Red D-Max V-Cross
Isuzu of India have introduced a new shade of Ruby Red to the list of paint options for their popular D-Max V-Cross lifestyle pick-up truck, taking the total number of colours to six. The D-Max V-Cross has been growing in popularity thanks to its rugged build, proven turbodiesel engine, good level of equipment, and, of course, its intimidating size. Following the increase in cess, the price of the D-Max V-Cross has risen to Rs 13.14 lakh (ex-showroom).
One of India’s leading tyre makers, Ceat, have introduced ‘Securadrive’, a tyre specifically designed for the new Hyundai Verna, aimed at providing a safer and more comfortable drive at speed.
The new Ceat Securadrive tyres feature wide longitudinal grooves with chamfered shoulder blocks for more effective braking, higher grip level, and better control, especially on wet surfaces. The newgeneration compound has been optimised for lower rolling noise to minimise clatter as well. In the benchmark tests — dry braking and overall noise — the performance was noted at being higher than existing leading tyres in the segment.
