Income Tax Benefit: Government should allow certain benefits or relief to Freight Forwarding companies which bring in foreign currency thereby reducing balance of payment. This may be given in the form of Rebate from Income Tax or allow % reduction in total tax liability.

Future Risk to the Industry: Keeping in mind the way Airline Industry has shaped up, where in there is no agent to broker the deal between customer and airline organization, the Freight Forwarding also faces the same risk. If tomorrow the shipping companies indulge in direct contact with customer, Freight Forwarding companies will have nowhere to go and it will eventually result in fall of Freight Forward industry. Furthermore, the shipping industry will also face a revenue loss in the future

Government must have uniformity in the rules and policies of different states, then it will definitely be a lot much easier for Freight Forwarding companies to invest and flourish in the country..
