customer expectations and maintaining the business competitiveness. Express cargo was born to take care of these growing market requirements. The express (LSPs) who carry their valuable consignment from one point to another on time and in intact conditions. It’s the trust which we carry and hence proper precautions need to be taken. However while moving goods we often faces challenges like shortage and pilferages due to multiple handling at multiple touch points and by multiple people. Any small error leads to interchange of consignment resulting in shortages.

Pilferages: As most of the deliveries are being done by last mile agencies and since the value of the consignment is pretty high, there is often chance of pilferage. and till the time the issue is not resolved we don’t move the vehicle or unload the material. This step, though harsh, results in resolving the shortage issue. With the same principle, our next target is to attain zero per cent damage to the consignment deliveries.
