We have ap­prox­i­mately 50-60 ware­houses of more than 30,00040,000 sq ft which are used as lo­gis­tics cen­tres and trans­port cor­po­ra­tions.

The USP of Om Lo­gis­tics is that we are an as­set heavy or­gan­i­sa­tion, that is ma­jor­ity of these ware­houses are owned by us. We have a huge ware­house land bank and in terms of own­er­ship, 18 or 19 are owned by us and rest in a cou­ple of lo­ca­tions are on lease ba­sis. We have more than 4,000 ve­hi­cles, mix of long hauls, trail­ers, pick up /de­liv­ery vans, to name a few and most of the ve­hi­cles are con­tainer­ised. say, it has been done com­pletely but it is hap­pen­ing. Se­condly, im­ple­men­ta­tion of GST is also keenly awaited be­cause the ba­sic is­sue we face is in­ter-state rules. At ev­ery state borders we have been held for tax. Though this di­luted ver­sion of GST will be ba­si­cally for man­u­fac­tur­ers but we will also be ben­e­fit to some ex­tent. The only con­cern is whether
