DTDC management delivers with a smile
In this first-of-its-kind-initiative ‘Last Mile with a Smile’, the top ‘C’ level management will be leading the DTDC delivery line-up from the front to personally deliver packages to consumers every month.
As a first step towards a vision of creating a ‘Digital DTDC’ the announcement of the launch of its new app Smart Track, was done amidst flagging off of ‘Last Mile with a Smile’ initiative. This will enable the delivery persons to effectively manage tracking of the packages throughout the delivery cycle.

We have received an overwhelming response in the initial phase of the campaign and will continue to keep this unique initiative going every month to attain operational excellence through continuous efforts in the ground level understanding of our customer’s grievances.” The Smart Track app will generate near-instant delivery updates and shipment tracking to all stakeholders.
