If you think of a cargo kitchen, we have all the in­gre­di­ents and fan­tas­tic set up and even recipe. What we need is a cargo chef to come and cook. So, what we need to­day is to de­liver. We al­ready had so much anal­y­sis and re­search and now it is the time to im­ple­ment the ideas. To­day, the ship­ment by air is the fastest mode of trans­porta­tion. Sea freight has im­proved from weeks to days. So, we need to def­i­nitely come from days to hours and for this we re­quire lots of pro­grammes to be brought into ac­tion. Time is very im­por­tant; we need to keep time fac­tor in mind. To­day, we need to make things hap­pen fast. Reg­u­la­tors have be­come fa­cil­i­ta­tors and fa­cil­i­ta­tors will fa­cil­i­tate but through a sys­tem. The sys­tems need to be up­graded. The key con­cern of the in­dus­try is that we need a ro­bust and dy­namic sys­tem. e-in­te­gra­tion of all fa­cil­i­ta­tors; we need to bring them un­der one roof. Smaller air­ports should also have au­to­mated sys­tem.
