Bench­mark­ing green en­ergy mo­bil­ity

Please brief us about the prod­uct you are of­fer­ing to trade?

As a highly sturdy, re­sis­tant, yet very light ma­te­ri­als, fi­bre-re­in­forced com­pos­ites of­fer a wide range of po­ten­tial uses in con­struc­tion, thus ac­cel­er­at­ing the global trend to­wards light­weight de­signs for com­mer­cial ve­hi­cles. LAMILUX com­pos­ites are used across the sur­faces of al­most all es­sen­tial body sec­tions which give ve­hi­cles their sta­bil­ity.

Ex­clu­sively made in Ger­many, the com­pos­ites are used to build ve­hi­cles, mo­bile homes and car­a­vans, cold stor­age houses and re­frig­er­a­tion cells, as well as in the con­struc­tion in­dus­try in gen­eral. Fea­tures:

Highly-durable, per­ma­nently bonded com­pos­ite: The fi­br­ere­in­forced com­pos­ites are pro­duced on four flat sheet pro­duc­tion lines, each roughly one hun­dred me­tres long. They are con­sid­ered to rep­re­sent the cut­ting edge of tech­nol­ogy – the most so­phis­ti­cated of their kind in Europe.

Fi­bre mats are sat­u­rated in resins and ad­di­tives. The re­sult is a high-strength, per­ma­nently bonded com­pos­ite ma­te­rial.

The highly au­to­mated, com­puter-con­trolled pro­duc­tion tech­nol­ogy al­lows LAMILUX to man­u­fac­ture fi­bre-re­in­forced com­pos­ites in con­sis­tently op­ti­mum qual­ity which can be re­pro­duced at any time. An ex­ten­sive qual­ity man­age­ment pro­gramme en­sures that the strin­gent pro­duc­tion stan­dards are met.
