Since our launch in 2014, we have seen phe­nom­e­nal trac­tion and have a cus­tomer base of 25,000+ reg­u­lar clients and 75,000+ one time users. Porter has a record of 4,00,000 de­liv­er­ies till date. We aim to achieve ap­prox­i­mately 100k trips/day with 30,000+ part­nered ve­hi­cles by 2020. What is your USP?

Un­like other tra­di­tional busi­ness process where a lot of man­ual in­ter­ven­tion is needed, most of the pro­cesses in Porter are end-to-end tech­no­log­i­cally in­te­grated. Be­cause of this au­to­ma­tion, min­i­mal man­ual in­ter­ven­tion is needed, re­sult­ing in near zero er­rors and en­ables the firm to scale rapidly with a lean team. Porter’s cus­tomer mo­bile ap­pli­ca­tion of­fers a com­plete user ex­pe­ri­ence. The app shows the ve­hi­cles avail­able nearby and the ETA of the near­est ve­hi­cle. Once the trip is booked, cus­tomer re­ceives the trip de­tails to track their con­sign­ment in real-time and pay ei­ther at pickup or drop.
