DETOXIFY THE BODY REGULARLY
Detoxication of the body is like oiling and cleaning your body. Detoxication is an essential step to obtain better digestion and also important for cleansing of the body. Cleansing essentially means to remove the toxins out of the body, which will harm the body. The toxins make the digestion process slow and increase fat accumulation. Acidity, accumulation of gases, abdominal distension, nausea, headaches and migraines are all caused because of accumulation of toxins in the body. Detoxication can be done once a month, or even twice depending on the body requirement. There are various ways in which detoxication can be done. The detoxification can be done for three days and extended up to a few weeks, depending on the technique followed. It requires exclusion of certain ingredients, like milk and milk products, wheat products (for gluten), egg, chicken, sh and red meat. Instead, you can eat the plantbased foods like fresh fruits, vegetables and plant based sprouts, rice or jowar, bajra, etc. If you want to opt for the intense form of detoxication, then you are required to consume only fruits and vegetable juices or smoothies for a period of three-ve days. Some fruits and vegetables work as superfoods, which will cleanse the liver where the major detoxication occurs. Some vegetables like spinach, cucumber and carrots have alkaline properties, which balance the body pH levels. Detoxication is more effective if done under an expert advice so as to avoid adverse effects on health.
