Spice Kitchen hosted a Chaat Fes­ti­val last month, bring­ing the au­then­tic avours of street food un­der one roof to de­light food con­nois­seurs. Spice Kitchen show­cased the best com­fort food, such as spicy bhel, tangy pani puri, etc, which per­fectly com­ple­mented the spirit of mon­soons. Chef Sudesh­war, who is a Raipur based Mar­riott culi­nary ex­pert, had cu­rated a spe­cial menu that en­com­passed pop­u­lar and au­then­tic chaat prepa­ra­tions from the dif­fer­ent re­gions of In­dia. A va­ri­ety of del­i­ca­cies like aloo tikki chaat, Bom­bay sev puri, lacha tokri chaat, jhal muri, shahi gupchup

and ra­gada pat­tis were of­fered on the plat­ter. In ad­di­tion, there were a few more de­lec­ta­ble of­fer­ings like fried idli chaat, pa­neer dahi vada, co­conut samosa chaat, gul­go­oda chaat, Kash­miri bread chaat, etc.
