Spice Kitchen hosted a Chaat Festival last month, bringing the authentic avours of street food under one roof to delight food connoisseurs. Spice Kitchen showcased the best comfort food, such as spicy bhel, tangy pani puri, etc, which perfectly complemented the spirit of monsoons. Chef Sudeshwar, who is a Raipur based Marriott culinary expert, had curated a special menu that encompassed popular and authentic chaat preparations from the different regions of India. A variety of delicacies like aloo tikki chaat, Bombay sev puri, lacha tokri chaat, jhal muri, shahi gupchup
and ragada pattis were offered on the platter. In addition, there were a few more delectable offerings like fried idli chaat, paneer dahi vada, coconut samosa chaat, gulgooda chaat, Kashmiri bread chaat, etc.
