Shizusan introduced a special menu for all sushi lovers in Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru last month. The Travelling Sushi Festival, which was started in the month of July, had delectable special Maki Rolls, which were worldinspired and had a surprise element in each of them. It was specially created by Chef Paul Kinny. Shizusan introduced a menu of eight innovative Maki Rolls, with equal vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. On being asked what’s different in this new menu, Chef Paul Kinny said, “It breaks all boundaries when it comes to the choice of ingredients and avours; this menu is inspired by signature local dishes of various regions, and is a result of months of research and experimentation.” Innovation and avours are two things that Chef Paul aimed at while curating this menu, and they’ve surely ticked both the boxes. All in all, the festival was a hit among patrons.
