Shizu­san in­tro­duced a spe­cial menu for all sushi lovers in Pune, Mum­bai and Ben­galuru last month. The Trav­el­ling Sushi Fes­ti­val, which was started in the month of July, had de­lec­ta­ble spe­cial Maki Rolls, which were worldin­spired and had a sur­prise el­e­ment in each of them. It was spe­cially cre­ated by Chef Paul Kinny. Shizu­san in­tro­duced a menu of eight in­no­va­tive Maki Rolls, with equal veg­e­tar­ian and non-veg­e­tar­ian op­tions. On be­ing asked what’s dif­fer­ent in this new menu, Chef Paul Kinny said, “It breaks all bound­aries when it comes to the choice of in­gre­di­ents and avours; this menu is in­spired by sig­na­ture lo­cal dishes of var­i­ous re­gions, and is a re­sult of months of re­search and ex­per­i­men­ta­tion.” In­no­va­tion and avours are two things that Chef Paul aimed at while cu­rat­ing this menu, and they’ve surely ticked both the boxes. All in all, the fes­ti­val was a hit among pa­trons.
