CHICKEN SALAD WITH MANGO CHILI DRESSING
Cherry Tomatoes, halved – 5 Red Bell Pepper, cubed – ¼ Yellow Bell Pepper, cubed – ¼ Chicken, boiled and shredded – 50-60 gms Lettuce Leaves – 5-6
Garlic Cloves, finely chopped or crushed – 4 Olive Or Any oil – 2 Tsp Lemon Juice – ½ Mango Pulp – 100 ml or 1 Cup Salt & Chilli Flakes, as per taste
While cooking the chicken, you can add salt and pepper while boiling. You can also pressure cook it. Soak lettuce in ice water for half an hour to make it really crisp. Make the dressing first in a large bowl and mix well. Now add all the vegetables and chicken into it and mix. Serve.
