Cherry Toma­toes, halved – 5 Red Bell Pep­per, cubed – ¼ Yel­low Bell Pep­per, cubed – ¼ Chicken, boiled and shred­ded – 50-60 gms Let­tuce Leaves – 5-6

For Dress­ing

Gar­lic Cloves, finely chopped or crushed – 4 Olive Or Any oil – 2 Tsp Le­mon Juice – ½ Mango Pulp – 100 ml or 1 Cup Salt & Chilli Flakes, as per taste

Method

While cook­ing the chicken, you can add salt and pep­per while boil­ing. You can also pres­sure cook it. Soak let­tuce in ice wa­ter for half an hour to make it re­ally crisp. Make the dress­ing first in a large bowl and mix well. Now add all the veg­eta­bles and chicken into it and mix. Serve.
