Method

Soak cup badam in hot wa­ter for thirt min­utes. Peel off the skin of badam and trans­fer into small blender. Add in cup milk and blend to smooth paste. .eep aside. 1ow in a large kad­hai heat two cup milk stir­ring oc­ca­sion­all . Add in pre­pared badam paste. Also add few thread saf­fron and three tsp sugar. Stir well. Sim­mer for five min­utes or till milk thickens. Ad­di­tion­all add in tsp cardamom pow­der and stir well. )in­all serve badam milk hot gar­nished with few saf­fron strands.
