Apart from ad­ver­tis­ing, holo­grams have their ex­ten­sive uses in med­i­cal and engi­neer­ing and long dis­tance ed­u­ca­tion, due to their in­ter­ac­tive na­ture and high­res­o­lu­tion 3D im­ages.
