Dharmesh Arora appointed MD of FAG Bearings India

FAG Bearings India has announced the appointment of Dharmesh Arora as its managing director, effective March 06, 2017. Arora will continue to hold his position as the president and chief executive officer of the Schaeffler Group in India (parent company of FAG Bearings India Ltd). He will also continue to be the managing director of INA Bearings India Pvt Ltd, another group company of Schaeffler in India. Arora replaces Rajendra Anandpara at FAG Bearings India. Before joining the Schaeffler Group in 2012, Arora, having worked in various leadership positions across the geographic regions of the world, had a stint with automotive OEMs Maruti Suzuki and General Motors. Apart from FAG and INA, the Schaeffler Group in India has yet another company LuK India Pvt. Ltd. that makes clutch systems.
