I am an old sub­scriber (over 15 years) of In­dia To­day mag­a­zine. My last sub­scrip­tion was ex­pir­ing in April 2013 and I re­ceived a text mes­sage from the com­pany of­fer­ing re­newal at dis­counted price with a CHAZE C -234 mo­bile phone as a gift. I liked the of­fer and paid for five years’ re­newal. Af­ter I fol­lowed up with the com­pany, they ac­knowl­edged the re­ceipt and con­firmed that I would re­ceive the gift within 10 weeks af­ter com­mence­ment of sub­scrip­tion. How­ever, it has been over four months; the gift that lured me into buy­ing their sub­scrip­tion has not been re­ceived yet. I had called and es­ca­lated the com­plaint, but no ac­tion has been taken. HN Gupta
