I am writ­ing this mail in great agony to high­light my plight as an MTNL cus­tomer. I am fol­low­ing up with var­i­ous di­vi­sions within MTNL for rec­ti­fy­ing a per­pet­ual de­fect in the broad­band line, but no­body cares a hoot about this. My broad­band con­nec­tion has not been work­ing fine for so many years, but no­body has de­liv­ered a per­ma­nent so­lu­tion. I am pay­ing money for some­thing that I am un­able to use for so long. Ow­ing to this un­pro­fes­sional at­ti­tude of MTNL staff, I have in­curred mon­e­tary loss as in­con­sis­tent In­ter­net ham­pers my work. Hereby I am re­quest­ing you to in­ter­vene in this mat­ter and get the is­sue ad­dressed ef­fec­tively.
