Complaint against: GTPL-KCBPL Digital Cable TV The complainant’s grievance was that he was neither getting monthly bills nor the reception of channels was good. He was paying Rs 325 as monthly subscription charges. He had written to the company but did not receive any response.
We took up the matter with the service provider and apprised them of the billing and transmission problem of the complainant and requested for immediate resolution. The company responded to our mail and the complainant was contacted by their representatives, who promised to resolve the issue after contacting the service provider.
