While with­draw­ing a sum of Rs 6,500 from the ATM of Ca­nara Bank, the money was pulled back by the ATM ma­chine I im­me­di­ately wrote to the con­cerned bank and they as­sured that the sum would be de­posited in my ac­count within 15 work­ing days. That has not hap­pened in over four years. Ca­nara Bank says that they have done their for­mal­i­ties and it is my bank (SBI Chatara) that has to do the need­ful. Since then I have made sev­eral rounds of the bank and also spoke to the branch man­ager, who was rude and even asked me shift my ac­count to another branch. Is there any way that I can get my lost money back and also com­plain about the bank? Nitesh Ku­mar Gupta
