I have a two years’ war­ranty pol­icy for a Sam­sung mo­bile hand­set. Last month the phone stopped charg­ing prop­erly and I gave it for re­pair at the com­pany’s ser­vice cen­tre. The hand­set was re­turned but the prob­lem was not fixed. When I com­plained, they kept the phone in ser­vice cen­tre and then re­turned with­out fix­ing the prob­lem – their de­liv­ery boy had wit­nessed the prob­lem and agreed it was not fixed. At present the phone is in the same con­di­tion and I won­der if the com­pany will fix it un­der its war­ranty – they may again keep it at the ser­vice cen­tre and re­turn the same with­out re­pair­ing.
