Voice has taken up the mat­ter with the com­pany, in­form­ing them that they sold a de­fec­tive sofa set, not con­form­ing to the spec­i­fi­ca­tions as or­dered for by the con­sumer. The com­pany, though it is­sued a credit note for the faulty prod­uct, con­tin­ued to make false prom­ises to un­til the war­ranty pe­riod ex­pired. This is a lame ex­cuse and as a renowned brand we ex­pect you to hon­our your com­mit­ment so that the con­sumer does not feel cheated.
