Consumer Voice - - Health Up -

I have a BSNL landline with ‘Rs 99 per month’ plan. I have not made any type of communication for changing my plan or activation of some other facility. Still they have charged me for facilitation charges for activation of new scheme. They claim that on 22nd February a call was made from my number for activating this facility and now they are asking me to pay charges for the same or write an application for getting it cancelled. Nobody else from my family has made such a call. So can I ask BSNL for the interactive voice response (IVR) for the said call? Kapil Chetri, Delhi
