I have a BSNL land­line with ‘Rs 99 per month’ plan. I have not made any type of com­mu­ni­ca­tion for chang­ing my plan or ac­ti­va­tion of some other fa­cil­ity. Still they have charged me for fa­cil­i­ta­tion charges for ac­ti­va­tion of new scheme. They claim that on 22nd Fe­bru­ary a call was made from my num­ber for ac­ti­vat­ing this fa­cil­ity and now they are ask­ing me to pay charges for the same or write an ap­pli­ca­tion for get­ting it can­celled. No­body else from my fam­ily has made such a call. So can I ask BSNL for the in­ter­ac­tive voice re­sponse (IVR) for the said call? Kapil Chetri, Delhi
