Consumer Voice - - Readers’ Page -

I had bought the Tata Manza petrol version. It was a demo car with 2,000 km on it. The dealer did not inform me about the warranty; they told me that it had the same warranty. Now everyone is giving me different versions. Seems like no one has a clear idea about the warranty on a demo car. I need guidance on what the warranty is and what is covered. When I see my invoice and registration certificate it is not mentioned that it is a used car. Ashish S Verma General guideline need to be issued to the automobile industry for applicability of warranty conditions in respect of demo and pre-owned cars so that consumers are not misinformed by the companies.
