My complaint is against ANAS Handicraft. I had ordered a sofa set and dining table of sheesham wood which was delivered after a month. However, they delivered the wood items without any polish; the glass top for the dining table was oval-shaped instead of being rectangle; and the upholstery for dining chairs was different from that of the sofa. They had basically altered the whole order. When we raised these issues at the time of delivery, we were told that they would address all our issues within seven days. However, it has been over a month and we are yet to hear from the company. Whenever we call them to follow up, they keep giving us excuses and fix another date only to forget again. Since we have already paid them the whole amount (Rs 53,000), are there any options left with us to get these things done?
