Com­plainant: Bhaskar Gupta Com­plaint against: In­dane Gas I have been a con­sumer of In­dane for the last few years with Sona En­ter­prises, Ma­sood­pur, Delhi. My con­nec­tion was trans­ferred with­out any in­ti­ma­tion to Ar­jun Gas Agency, Mu­nirka. That was not a fea­si­ble ar­range­ment for me. I had reg­is­tered a com­plaint and was as­sured of a call-back within 48 hours. How­ever, I am yet to re­ceive any such call that may re­solve the is­sue. Only a few field of­fi­cers of In­dane are help­ful and most do not even bother to pick up calls. I have been try­ing to get in touch with the new agency for a re­fill, but there is no re­sponse from their of­fice. I want my con­nec­tion to go back to Sona En­ter­prises.
