Com­plainant: Harpreet Singh

Com­plaint against: New Mo­bile Care In­dia I had pur­chased a Mi­cro­max A102 in May 2014 and had taken its two-year in­sur­ance from New Mo­bile Care In­dia. The phone started de­vel­op­ing prob­lems of au­to­matic restart, so I sub­mit­ted the same with the com­pany for re­pair­ing in July 2014. I was sup­posed to get the phone back within a week, but it did not hap­pen even af­ter a month.

Voice Ac­tion

Voice con­tacted the com­pany and the com­plainant re­ceived his phone in sat­is­fac­tory con­di­tion in two days.
