I bought four mo­bile phones from eBay and was wait­ing for de­liv­ery. When the phones did not ar­rive on the stip­u­lated date I called their cus­tomer care, who said that my or­der had been can­celled. I won­der why they did it with­out in­form­ing the cus­tomer, who had been wait­ing for his or­der to ma­te­ri­alise. Please sug­gest if any ac­tion can be taken against the com­pany. Su­nil Verma We have for­warded the com­plaint to the com­pany and also told them that it was nec­es­sary to have trans­parency in their deals.
