I bought four mobile phones from eBay and was waiting for delivery. When the phones did not arrive on the stipulated date I called their customer care, who said that my order had been cancelled. I wonder why they did it without informing the customer, who had been waiting for his order to materialise. Please suggest if any action can be taken against the company.
