The sam­ples were judged by a seven-mem­ber panel on th­ese at­tributes: a) colour, b) ap­pear­ance, c) fin­ish, d) taste, e) af­ter­taste feel, and f) flavour. Verka fol­lowed by Paras and Amul were top­pers in the sen­sory tests. Pack­ag­ing should be proper be­cause it pro­tects the prod­uct from de­te­ri­o­ra­tion and in­creases its shelf life. were pack­aged in hard pa­per box. DMS was wrapped in pa­per only.

Net weight

Net weight was found to be above the de­clared quan­tity in all the brands.
