We had placed order for grocery items with Everyday Organics Company in February, but did not get the delivery even after three months. We have been calling and writing to the company. Sometimes the calls are not answered and sometimes we only get assurances. Nobody can wait for regular grocery for more than a week. Now we wish to get a refund on the money paid. Abhijeet Kanade Since almost three months have passed since you ordered and the claim by the company is that they deliver within 15 days, it is a clear case of unfair trade practice. We suggest that you write to the company, making it clear that they must supply the material or make a refund within three days – else, you will be forced to move the consumer redressal forum. Sahara Credit Co-op. Society Ltd has refused to release the premature deposit amount of my wife despite our not wanting to continue the account due to unavoidable circumstances.
