We had placed or­der for gro­cery items with Ev­ery­day Or­gan­ics Com­pany in Fe­bru­ary, but did not get the de­liv­ery even af­ter three months. We have been call­ing and writ­ing to the com­pany. Some­times the calls are not an­swered and some­times we only get as­sur­ances. No­body can wait for reg­u­lar gro­cery for more than a week. Now we wish to get a re­fund on the money paid. Ab­hi­jeet Kanade Since al­most three months have passed since you or­dered and the claim by the com­pany is that they de­liver within 15 days, it is a clear case of un­fair trade prac­tice. We sug­gest that you write to the com­pany, mak­ing it clear that they must sup­ply the ma­te­rial or make a re­fund within three days – else, you will be forced to move the consumer re­dres­sal fo­rum. Sa­hara Credit Co-op. So­ci­ety Ltd has re­fused to re­lease the pre­ma­ture de­posit amount of my wife de­spite our not want­ing to con­tinue the ac­count due to un­avoid­able cir­cum­stances.
