Com­plainant: Joseph Com­plaint against: In­dia To­day Group I am re­ally con­cerned that I have not been get­ting Busi­ness To­day mag­a­zine since July 2015 though I had re­newed my sub­scrip­tion. The sub­scrip­tion is valid un­til July 2016.

Voice Ac­tion

We took up the mat­ter with In­dia To­day Group and re­quested them to check their records to set­tle the com­plaint. We re­ceived a mail from them stat­ing, “We have taken a note of your griev­ance and will strongly take up the mat­ter with the postal au­thor­i­ties. Mean­while, to com­pen­sate for the non-de­liv­ery of the mag­a­zines, we have ex­tended the sub­scrip­tion by 03 is­sues.”
