MUFA and PUFA in Your Diet

It is important to note that although theses fats are healthier than other fats, their consumptio­n must be regulated. All fats, including the healthy ones, are high in calories. So consume monounsatu­rated and polyunsatu­rated fats instead of other types of fat, not in addition to them. Focus on replacing foods high in saturated fat with foods that include MUFAs and PUFAs.
