As per FSS Regulations, on dry basis it should not be more than 1.5 per cent by weight. was within the required legal limit in all brands. It was lowest in Sahiba (0.04 per cent), which, as already stated, is beneficial for consumers. It was highest in MDH (0.09 per cent).
