There can be many sit­u­a­tions where fraud­u­lent trans­ac­tions hap­pen be­cause of your care­less­ness; the bank may not be at fault. In such cases, the con­sumer fo­rum can­not help and you will have to find al­ter­na­tive meth­ods like pur­su­ing a po­lice in­ves­ti­ga­tion.
